Shimon Kahana – Owner & CEO
Leveraging 20 years of experience, Shimon Kahana is a recognized expert in the loss prevention and risk management field, with specialist knowhow related to managing fraud and embezzlement prevention, gathering information and supporting evidence for litigation, conducting investigations, assessing existing security measures, establishing and managing systems designed to detect and prevent loss and depreciation, and assisting companies in obtaining certification as an approved economic operator (AEO).
His experience covers activities including managing security systems, performing employee interviews and integrity tests, building an array of operational centers, liaising with lawyers and an accounting firm specializing in data analysis, conducting competitive analysis with similar companies, and more. He is known for his ability to motivate managers and personnel to achieve defined goals, effectively negotiates with workers’ committees, organizations, clients, and suppliers, and builds annual work plans in the loss prevention field.
Shimon is a graduate of the Investigations & Security Officers Course and the Security Administrators Course (Israel Police). He also regularly volunteers for the Israel Police, participating in activities focusing on rural crime prevention.
